What they are talking about when they say “tweaking” is simply making small changes to the website to make it better and better. For example it may mean adding a different video, changing the layout, the text etc…because it may just be that one little change a person makes to their site that makes it that much more responsive. hope that answers your question. be in touch and god bless.
