Arora’s description of newspapers that receive 5,000 letters to the editor, and then publish 5, to be thought provoking… Somewhere in that part of the message is the answer to the question about why would a media that was formerly so dominant, unable to adapt and leverage the web faster than they have to date. Part of the key to the decline of newspaper revenue is contained within that tidbit.
